Midwest Business Services Network Code of Ethics
Adopted by the Membership: April 16, 2007
- Consistently provide a quality of service equivalent to or greater than accepted industry standards.
- Apply ethical business practices in administrative and financial aspects of the service.
- Be aware that contact with the public as an MBSN member promotes the organization and reflects on the business support service as an industry.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Comply with all legal obligations to provide professional services including but not limited to copyright laws.
- Emphasize the professional spirit of our organization by encouraging and promoting good relations among members.
- Respect the client/professional relationship of other business support services and will not knowingly be a party to any illegal or unethical activity.
- Shall not enter into any agreement nor undertake any activity which may be in conflict or give the appearance of conflict with the legitimate interest of my client, or that would prejudice my capacity to perform my professional duties.
